Description

As a Sales Executive at Journey Junction, you will be the face of our travel firm, responsible for connecting travelers with their dream destinations. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of both our domestic and international tour segments, ensuring that every client receives a personalized and seamless booking experience. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Conversion: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline of potential travelers. Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements to recommend the best domestic or international tour packages, flight options, and visa services. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with individual clients and corporate partners to ensure repeat business. Itinerary Customization: Work closely with the operations team to create tailor-made travel itineraries that align with client budgets and preferences. Market Awareness: Stay updated on travel trends, airline pricing dynamics, and visa regulation changes to provide accurate information to clients. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while upholding the quality standards of our ISO-certified parent company, Vagjyothis Associate Pvt Ltd. Travel Expertise: Prior experience in the travel industry or a deep passion for tourism (knowledge of domestic and international geography is a plus). Customer Focus: A "customer-first" mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and solve problems with patience and professionalism. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, flight booking portals, and basic office tools (Excel, Word). Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where flight costs and availability change rapidly.
