We are a growing real estate company specializing in the sale of premium villa plots, and we are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate must have completed any degree as the minimum qualification and possess excellent communication skills, as this role involves interacting with clients and explaining our villa plot projects clearly and confidently over the phone. The ideal applicant should be smart, confident, and presentable, with a positive attitude and basic computer knowledge. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, following up with inquiries, and maintaining proper call records. If you are self-motivated and eager to build a career in the real estate field, we would love to have you on board.
Excellent Communication Skills – Clear, fluent, and confident speaking ability (Malayalam, English, Hindi if required). Strong Convincing & Negotiation Skills – Ability to explain project benefits and handle objections effectively. Lead Generation & Follow-up Skills – Consistent follow-up with potential buyers and maintaining interest. Customer Handling Ability – Polite, patient, and professional while interacting with different types of clients. Sales-Oriented Mindset – Target-focused with the ability to close deals or fix site visits. Basic Real Estate Knowledge – Understanding of villa plots, location advantages, pricing, and documentation basics. Smart & Presentable Personality – Confident, energetic, and positive attitude. Basic Computer Knowledge – Handling CRM, Excel, call records, and WhatsApp communication. Time Management Skills – Managing daily call targets and follow-ups efficiently. Team Coordination – Working closely with the sales and site visit team.
