 Assist in all matters concerning Legal matters.  Prepare and vet all legal documentations  Prepare and vet all deeds, agreements, contracts etc.  Prepare appeals and petitions  Represent on behalf of clients - Government Departments and appear before applicable Judicial authorities  Prepare documents for registrations, hearing etc - IPR, Trademark, Patent, Copyright, Design, Geographical indication  Conduct Weekly/Monthly classes for staff members and clients with power point presentation relating to legal matters  Prepare replies to notices received from Government departments  Process application for Bar license & yearly renewals  Maintain strict confidentiality of clients information
Communication skills, Proficiency in English and Malayalam
Dea with - IPR, Trademark, Tax matters
