Branch Sales Management • Take full ownership of branch sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual) • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement 2. Business Development & Market Expansion • Identify and develop new business opportunities • Expand market presence across Kerala and South India • Appoint new distributors, dealers, system integrators, and project partners 3. Channel & Distribution Management • Build and manage strong relationships with dealers and distributors • Ensure proper stock availability and fast movement of products • Support channel partners in sales, promotions, and technical understanding 4. Team Coordination & Leadership • Guide and support sales executives (if assigned) • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, marketing) • Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations 5. Key Account & Project Handling • Manage major clients, contractors, and project accounts • Support system integrators and consultants for project closures • Drive B2B and project-based sales 6. Order, Payment & Operations Management • Oversee order processing and timely delivery coordination • Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment collections • Maintain healthy credit control and minimize outstanding dues 7. Marketing & Brand Development • Plan and execute local marketing activities • Conduct dealer meets, product presentations, and promotions • Increase brand visibility of BELCAB products in the region 8. Market Intelligence & Strategy • Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends • Provide strategic feedback to management • Identify new product opportunities based on market demand 9. Reporting & Compliance • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports • Maintain CRM updates and accurate sales data • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Job Requirements • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions • Two-wheeler / valid driving license preferred • Strong target-driven and result-oriented mindset Career Growth Assistant Manager ?
